Muscat grape plumcake

Ingredientes

 3 eggs

50g almonds

250g flour

180g sugar

120g grape juice

120g extra virgin olive oil

200g of grapes

1 sachet of yeast

1 pinch of salt

1 tablespoon of almond flakes

Powdered sugar

Rinse the grapes well and mash enough with a potato masher to get the required amount of juice. Put the almonds with the eggs in the glass of the hand blender and chop them. Add them to flour and sugar and start kneading. Gradually add the grape juice, oil, salt and finally the yeast. When the mixture is well blended, place 3/4 of the grapes inside and incorporate them well. Grease and flour a text for plumcake and pour the mixture. Add the rest of the berries to the surface and finally the almond flakes. Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove from the oven and cool completely before serving.
